Furnace Structure Features:

Shell Material: Constructed from 1.5mm thick Q235 cold-rolled steel plate (excellent strength, plasticity, and weldability) via bending and welding.

Surface Treatment:

Surface grinding, polishing, and phosphating to enhance corrosion resistance and paint adhesion.

High-temperature spray coating (large corrugated type) for rust and corrosion prevention, color: 'computer white' (customizable to customer-provided color swatches).

Cooling Motor: Equipped with a Kyushu Industrial centrifugal fan (0.37KW air circulation motor) to effectively control the UV furnace temperature within 60°C.

Conveyor System:

Conveyor Belt: Teflon mesh belt, 500mm width, stepless speed regulation.

UV Light Source Section:

UV Lamps:

2 sets of 2KW original UV light sources.

Lamp total length: 620mm, effective light distance: 500mm, peak wavelength: 365nm.

Each light source is equipped with an independent automatic timer to monitor lamp usage time for easy replacement. Lamp service life: 1000 hours.

Transformer & Capacitor: Matched with branded step-up transformers, capacitors, and triggers.

Infrared Filtration:

Each lamp is independently fitted with imported coated quartz heat-insulating glass to block infrared heat radiation and prevent product deformation due to excessive temperature.

Equipped with UV mirror reflection devices to significantly increase UV light utilization rate to 35%.

Control System:

Control Cabinet: Located at the bottom of the UV zone, capable of independently controlling temperature and displaying status.

Electrical Components: All control electrical components use genuine Chint brand products.

Safety Features:

Over-temperature Alarm: Automatically cuts off heating power when the detected temperature exceeds the set value (dual-protection function).

Acoustic-Optic Alarm: Alarm light with buzzer.

Grounding Protection: Structural components with safety grounding.
