Precautions for operation

1. Sample placement: The materials are evenly placed on the sample rack.

Attention:

① Do not place the sample in an industrial oven while it is being heated. The sample must be placed while ensuring that the heating is turned off;

② When placing samples, a certain amount of space should be left around the top and bottom to maintain smooth airflow inside the box;

③ There is a heat dissipation plate placed on the heating wire at the bottom of the box. Do not place the sample on it to avoid affecting the heat flow and causing heat accumulation;

④ If the sample undergoes a phase change at high temperatures, it must be placed in a tray to avoid contaminating other samples (such as oil leakage or transition from solid to liquid state after heating);

⑤ Flammable and explosive organic volatile solvents or additives are prohibited from being placed inside the box.

2. Close the box door tightly: Gently close the box door.

Attention:

① Do not apply too much force when closing to avoid causing significant vibration of the box;

② There are bolts on the box door, and when closing, it is necessary to confirm that the box door is tightly connected to the silicone sealing strip.

3. Power on: Turn on the power and heating switch.

Attention:

The power indicator light and heating indicator light are displaying normally. If the indicator light does not light up, please turn off the power in a timely manner and contact the person in charge of the instrument.

4. Temperature setting: Set the desired temperature.

Attention:

① The set temperature cannot exceed the rated temperature;

② The specific temperature setting depends on the experimental requirements and the properties of the baking material;

③ The digital temperature display should indicate normally. If it does not display or if there are abnormalities such as flickering or jumping, the power should be turned off in a timely manner and the person in charge of the instrument should be contacted.

5. Shutdown sampling: Wear insulated gloves for sampling.

Attention:

① Slowly open the box door during sampling, and do not open the box door quickly or abruptly at high temperatures;

② When sampling, avoid directly facing the opening of the box door with your head, and wait for 10 seconds for the heat inside the box to dissipate before sampling;

③ Take the samples in the industrial oven on time to ensure that there are no sample residues in the industrial oven. Abandoned samples should not be casually disposed of around industrial ovens;

④ After sampling is completed, close the box door promptly (if further use is required, confirm the above 4 points again).

【1】 This device belongs to high-power high-temperature equipment. When using it, attention should be paid to safety to prevent accidents such as fire, electric shock, and burns.

【2】 The device should be placed indoors in a dry, horizontal location to prevent vibration. The power cord should not be placed next to metal objects or in a humid environment to avoid rubber aging and electrical leakage.

【3】 It is strictly prohibited to keep or store flammable, explosive, low ignition point, acidic, corrosive and other volatile materials (such as organic solvents, compressed gases, oil basins, oil drums, cotton yarn, cloth scraps, tape, plastic, paper and other flammable materials) around the equipment.

【4】 Flammable, explosive, acidic, volatile, corrosive and other items are strictly prohibited from entering the box.

Note: If the user is unsure about the properties of the baking material, they must obtain confirmation from the R&D personnel before baking. Otherwise, self baking is strictly prohibited. Paper, labels, plastic bottles, plastic cups and other common flammable materials are prohibited from entering the box.

【5】 To prevent burns, specialized tools such as gloves should be worn when retrieving and placing items.

【6】 Industrial ovens must not be washed, scraped, or sprayed with alcohol near the industrial oven during operation.

【7】 Items such as tools, equipment parts, oil, alcohol volatiles, etc. are not allowed to be stored in industrial ovens.

【8】 The transparent visible windows of industrial ovens should not be wiped with organic solvents or scratched with sharp objects. They should be kept clean and transparent.

【9】 The adjustable door lock of the industrial oven should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that there is no air leakage or cross flow between the industrial oven and the outside during operation.

【10】 Pay attention to electrical safety and install power switches with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the industrial oven. Select power conductors with sufficient cross-sectional area and have good grounding wires. Before use, check the self-control device, whether the indication signal is sensitive and effective, and whether the electrical circuit insulation is intact and reliable.

【11】 Regularly check whether the circuit system is well connected.

【12】 Regularly check if the fan is running normally and if there are any abnormal sounds. If there are any, immediately shut down the machine for inspection and repair.

【13】 Regularly check whether the ventilation opening of the hot air circulation industrial oven is blocked, and promptly clean the accumulated dust.

【14】 Regularly check whether the thermostat is accurate. If it is not accurate, please adjust the thermostat or replace it.

【15】 Regularly inspect the heating tube for damage or steam leakage in the steam pipeline, and check for aging in the circuit.

【16】 If there is a sudden power outage, the power switch and heating switch of the industrial oven should be turned off in a timely manner to prevent the heating from automatically starting and causing serious consequences when the power is on.

【17】 Once the temperature control of the industrial oven fails, causing the material temperature in the industrial oven to be too high and self ignite, the following operations need to be carried out:

(1) Immediately turn off the heating switch and power off;

(2) The industrial oven door must not be opened (it burns when exposed to oxygen), and an alarm should be triggered to notify relevant departments;

(3) Perform external forced cooling, and use on-site firefighting equipment to extinguish any open flames. After extinguishing the open flame, attention should be paid to preventing reignition;

(4) When powered on, do not touch the electrical parts of the box with your hands, and do not use damp cloth or water to extinguish or rinse.

【18】 Vacuum industrial ovens are prohibited from use without supervision or during non working hours. If special circumstances require use, approval from superiors must be obtained and a dedicated person must be arranged to supervise.

【19】 The person in charge of the instrument receives abnormal feedback from the user and needs to promptly contact mechanics, electricians, procurement, etc. for instrument maintenance and repair.
