IR Double-layer Tunnel Oven Product Features

Adopts a combination of PLC program and temperature control module for temperature regulation, with PID auto-tuning and LED display. Paired with SSR solid-state relay output, it enables precise temperature control.

The inner chamber is made of 1.5mm thick SUS304 mirror stainless steel, while the outer shell is crafted from 2.0mm cold-rolled steel with high-temperature powder coating.

The air duct is designed according to product characteristics, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.

High-temperature resistant silicone sealing provides an aesthetically pleasing appearance and a pollution-free operation environment. The intelligent temperature controller with PID auto-tuning and LED display, combined with SSR solid-state relay output, guarantees accurate temperature control.
